(Eva.vn) “I only have a dream: to eat again with my parents and two sisters. But after an accident suddenly, my father was paralytic forever and dream of gathering side my tray of rice forever may not be true”, the beautiful actress said.

Ly Nha Ky has shared a very private, never revealed on the day Sheen Hok charitable Fun preparing its official launch in Viet Nam. She told herself, not fear, just fear of heart and not in her own heart, not light. Many people like rain, because it is romantic. Many people don’t like rain, because it is so sad. But I don’t like rain specially the sudden rain in Sai Gon. Because there will be more sellers found no time to run, many street children not in rain shelters.

I used to have dream, when I was a young girl once dinner with my parents and family but forever fail. So, looking at the scenes of street life of the poor children, I always have to shoot hidden in the drops of tears. When my father was an accident, all my families went to Sai Gon to take care of him. That time, I only was seven years old… From day to day I went to school alone. I was surrounded from birth so not familiar with alone feeling after school each day.

I also can’t forget the memories of standing in front of a neighbor’s house, stealing scenes in their families gathered and run away quickly. That time, I only have a dream to eat with my parents and two sisters. He was paralytic permanently and gathering dream side of my tray of rice never happening truly.

Therefore I think and understand the dreams of little children who are homeless.

I returned to Viet Nam nearly four years ago. That time, I took part in to play a part in a film in Long Hai. It’s a poor town of Vung Tau province. It’s very hot. In the time off between scenes, I have asked people living around there. Here is a nursing home. I visited the nursing home at noon. I surprised extremely. When I saw old people in each icy cell, without any mats, in the summer, step into that room, I felt cold and terrific.

Everyone lies in such a box, a hole pierced in the bottom. So, they can go to urinate on the spot.  I observed for each cell reserving for one person. They all have their own wooden trunks. I brought my small gifts for each person to there to the. But when I came and saw a empty cell. Asking people around, there was an old man, but they don’t know where to go. Many people were stronger to look for and finally they found out… that old man was lying in a chest about half a meter. In fact, he was sick and too cold to get into chest for warmness. He only was a skeleton. I had to stand out inertly. I felt sad as my skin was cut myself.


I sat beside the icy cells, in the middle are the alone and elderly people. They are very pale and their portions are only soup without sugar. Soups with sugar are eaten only once a week.

Through researching, I knew to have a meal soup with sugar for approximately 150 people. This needs about 2 million VN dong, I started. Oh God! That money you can just reduce a happy meal with friends.

One meal in a city, we can be changed into “soup with sugar” for 150 people. I have decided to stop the works that I am doing some time to go to charity.


From Germany to Viet Nam, I visited my parents, properly into season of measles, because I have just played with a baby who caught measles. Going home, I felt fever, my mother took me to the doctor (the diagnostic results) I had a sore throat. That was a sore throat, so I still had a bath. After bathing, suddenly I had a strong fever. My mother told me going back to see the doctors. He thought of my wrong medicine and it had a allergy symptoms. I continued treatment under the prescription of doctor. Results was five days eater, my eyes were swollen like two tomatoes.

I was taken to emergency and had to choose. The firstly was my life, the secondly was two my eyes. Two weeks, I lived in darkness, but fortunately healthy eyes and the last good recovery. That period helped me feeling the light as long as valuable. It is also the reason that I understand the expense of a blind.


About a year ago, I was paralyzed by loss. That period, I have changed the rules of work at company and so I worked for several consecutive days from early morning to late at night. I was completely exhausted. One day I was faint and when awake. I felt myself without moving completely. These things, nobody knew, except my relatives, because I was afraid of my disordered company. I worked both under pressure and worry seal press. Therefore I went to see the doctor. I must dressed as another.

In my family, my father has ever been paralyzed for many years. So when they saw this scene, everyone was worried. Doctors didn’t diagnose the disease immediately. But when I prepared using the method of marketing by operating the aorta with very high mortality, as well as my body was natural and gradual recovery. This surprised to the doctors. After that, I knew that situation should exhausted body strike temporarily. I think that my life has undergone several nearly death, feeling need to know how much precious life. I have ever experienced.

That’s why I continue to pursue the path of philanthropy alongside the business or acting. I began charity works after returning from camp nursing. Then I just made by myself with the personal works. In deed, I have helped not much. However, I think I will bring that mind to make their warm lives and I don’t think some day I will help many people as today. When I became the President of Sheen Hok charitable Fun in Viet Nam, my first job, when standing at this position, I must help and operate fore over 1000 blind children.

Any defect in the life not cause pain, but if it went through, even just one hour in the dark. I really believe that people will understand the value of light.

I hope this will be the first step towards me touching to any dreams, for life gradually reduces the pain and people will share in almost cordially. That helped me more steadfastness to continue pursuing the path which has more truth and untruth. Get charity to achieve a different purpose in life.
