Ly Nha Ky and her adoptive mother in Ha Noi

Early November last year, when going with Thanh Long to Vietnam and joined the charitable activities of Operation Smile, Alice Chiu had a chance to talk to many beautiful ladies in the entertainment industry such as Miss Mai Phuong Thuy, singer My Tam and actress Ly Nha Ky. She was impressed by the beauty of the beautiful lady in ‘The reversed wind’, especially with the beautiful eyes and holy face. She realized that Ky is the suitable person to be the Ambassador of the charitable organization that she founded; so, she invited Ly Nha Ky to go to Hong Kong and visit her house. ‘Ky is very sharp, active and has the love for children, has the passion for charitable activities. After staying in my house in 3 days, I understand more about her; so, I decided to adopt her. I know in Vietnam, Ly Nha Ky is very famous. She can ask many people for help and support in the charitable campaigns. Hence, I would like to found Sheen Hok in Vietnam to help blind children find the light’, shared Alice Chiu.

For Ly Nha Ky, in the 1st appointment, she didn’t know that Alice Chiu is a billionaire in Hong Kong. She said that ‘I myself was very surprised since I could make a good impression to her when I was with other stars. She told me that she would like to invite me to be the Ambassador for her Charitable Fund and one week right after that, her secretary called me to invite me to Hong Kong and join the Press Conference with many famous people’. After staying in her house for a few days, Ly Nha Ky had a chance to talk to her. Both of them shared their childhood, point of view and also, the effort to achieve success in the career path. The beautiful actress realizes that both of them have many things in common; so, she would like to become the adoptive daughter of hers. Ly Nha Ky shared that, between them, there seem to be a invisible string to link them with each other. As a Buddhist, her adoptive mother believes that in the previous life, they are mother and daughter; so, in this life, this is the fate for them to see each other.’

Hong Kong Billionaire trusts and assigns Ly Nha Ky to be the Vice President of Sheen Hok International and President of Sheen Hok Vietnam with the hope that they can help many disabled children. Recently, in her free time, she visited Vietnam, visited Ly Nha Ky – her adoptive daughter and proceeded with everything to launch the Fund in Ha Noi in this May. Estimatedly, the Press Conference on 15th May will have the presence of Hong Kong actor Lu Luong Vy, who used to be very famous with his role in the movie Shanghai Habour.  

This year, Ly Nha Ky will spend much time on conducting charitable activities beside business and acting in films. In June, she will continue acting in the movie of ‘Where the love starts’ with the actor Viet Anh.
